Youngsters from all Peninsula schools are being invited to attend a Point Loma High Pointers football game next month for a “Future Pointers” day.

The event takes place Friday, Oct. 5 when the varsity Pointers collide with the Kearny Komets in the first Western League game of the season.

Kickoff is set for 3 p.m.

“Future Pointers” include all area youth from the seven elementary and two middle schools of the Point Loma cluster.

Admission to the game is free to future Pointers with a paid adult on this day only.

Students and adults who accompany the students are encouraged to wear either their own school logowear and colors or the maroon and gold of PLHS.

Because of construction at the main entrance, all fans must enter the stadium through the school grounds.
