McCabe’s background includes tenures at the Enchantment Resort in Sedona, Arizona, L’Ermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills, L’Auberge del Mar in Del Mar, and San Diego’s very own Top of the Cove, Star of the Sea Room, Kitchen 1540 and Delicias. McCabe’s culinary expertise ranges from classical French, Mediterranean, Southwester and Pacific Rim and spa cuisine.
