Village coffee fixture Latte by the Sea will celebrate its two-year anniversary at the corner of Ivanhoe Avenue and Wall Street with deals throughout the day on May 9.

From 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., a morning pastry tasting will supplement patrons’ morning pick-me-up, and two food tastings at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. will showcase the fare the café kiosk has to offer, along with live music and gift card raffles.

“The team agrees the first two years have really flown by,” said Melanie Baird, Latte by the Sea’s coffee consultant. “[Baristas] Jacqueline and Whitnee truly enjoy making the best espresso drinks in town and giving the appreciative patrons their best with warm hearts and generous smiles.”

Latte by the Sea offers an array of food and drink items, including acai bowls, fruit smoothies, a variety of paninis, breakfast sandwiches and Decker Brothers’ soups. The kiosk, located at 7855 Ivanhoe Ave., is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Orders can be called in at (858) 926-6063.
