I’m training at gyms in order to be in better shape and have more muscle in my body. I, like many other women of my age, have too little muscle in my body, which can lead to health problems later in old age. I don’t want that to happen!
I have tried two different gyms in San Diego: Fitness West in Pacific Beach and in Ocean UFC Gym in Ocean Beach. I really like both gyms and I was delighted how many others are interested about training their muscles.
Fitness West has really nice class of cross-training. During last fall, I was really lazy and didn’t train much, so my body was quite shocked in the class. But after 70 minutes, it felt so good! Love the endorphins in my body after a good sweat. The best part is that the gym is close to the office so I don’t have the excuse to blame “it’s such a long way to the gym.”
UFC Gym had really nice and new fitness equipment. I trained my thighs, biceps and abs. The gym is big and has a lot of room. Just loved it. Different classes trained next to me in the running area and the cross training looked really appealing. I could join next time.
Next I will join Fitness West’s yoga class and train my legs at the gym.
