How you will navigate around the San Diego region will be discussed during a Thursday, June 29 meeting.
El Cerrito residents and others can provide SANDAG (San Diego Association of Governments) with feedback to make the transportation system more convenient, fair, healthy, and safe.
Residents can learn about the 2025 Regional Plan – what it is, how it affects them, and the ways they can engage and offer comments.
The meeting will be held via Zoom on June 29 from 6-7:30 p.m.
Every four years, SANDAG prepares and updates a plan to guide how it will help people and goods move around the region over the next two decades.
SANDAG uses data and research about where people go, how they get around, what transportation infrastructure is available to them, what’s necessary to support how the area will change, and more.
SANDAG wants to hear from a variety of communities to identify the transportation projects and solutions the region needs – both now and in the long term – to make getting where one needs to go easier, faster, and safer.
