The City of San Diego is inviting the public to attend the Colina del sol Community Recreation Group in-person meeting to share their ideas for the Clay Neighborhood Park project.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday, July 19, 6:30 p.m. at the Colina del Sol Community Recreation Center, 5319 Orange Ave.

This project provides for the replacement of the existing playground and the installation of shade sails, fitness equipment, a prefabricated comfort station, a shade structure, a demonstration garden, landscaping, irrigation, security lighting and walkways with accessibility improvements. The project is located at 4767 Seminole Drive.

While the location of the park is in the Rolando area, many El Cerrito residents use Clay Park to walk their dogs, recreate, and relax so comments from ECCC residents are encouraged.
