Snapp & Associates senior vice president Dan Beck has been named to Insurance Business America’s (IBA) Top Retail Brokers list for 2023. Beck is one of only 51 insurance professionals named to the annual national list which highlights some of the best in the U.S. insurance industry, according to the organization.

Snapp & Associates was founded in 1947 and is based in the heart of the Mission Gorge/Mission Valley Area.

To earn a place among IBA’s Top Retail Brokers of 2023, awardees are peer nominated and peer selected. To be considered for the award, nominees needed to generate at least $1 million in premium revenue during 2022, with at least 50% of that revenue deriving from commercial property and casualty policies.

As quoted in the IBA report, Peter Miller, president and CEO of The Institutes, says a retail broker needs to combine expertise and industry knowledge as well as a commitment to building and strengthening relationships with both clients and insurance carriers in order to be successful in the insurance industry.

Beck provides commercial property and casualty insurance to a broad spectrum of clients with a focus on hospitality, construction and property management.
