The Home of Guiding Hands (HGH), a San Diego nonprofit organization that provides quality support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, will host its 41st Annual Charity Golf Classic from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 27 at Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan (3007 Dehesa Rd, El Cajon).
HGH is seeking participants, sponsors, and volunteers for a fun-filled day on the course. This event will kick off at 8 a.m. with registration, complimentary coffee, a delicious breakfast sandwich, Bloody Mary’s and driving range practice. The tournament will then commence at 9 a.m. with a shotgun start and a Home of Guiding Hands client send-off. Throughout the day participants will enjoy a premium giveaway, putting contest, unlimited beverages, craft beers and all-you-can-eat on-course food stations.
The Annual Golf Classic is dedicated to raising funds for HGH programs to provide care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Home of Guiding is one of one of the largest providers for those with special needs in San Diego and Imperial Counties, reaching more than 4,500 infants, children, adolescents, and adults each year.
