My friend Pam Smith made these for our book club. We gobbled them down! Savory and sweet. They make a great gift! Thank you Pam for the recipe!
Merry Christmas friends!
INGREDIENTS:
* Four cups of raw nuts, any kind you enjoy. About the same size works best. Pam used all pecans
* 1/4 cup fresh, coarsely chopped rosemary leaves
* 2 1/2 Tb unsalted butter, melted
* 1 1/2 Tb brown sugar
* I/2 Tsp paprika
* 1/2 ts cinnamon
* 2 ts kosher sea salt
COOKING:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, until crisp
(watch carefully)
Toss the warm nuts in a bowl with all of the other ingredients. Cool and enjoy!
