It isn’t often that a football team at any level scores 77 points on an opponent.
Such was the case last Friday evening as Patrick Henry went on the road to defeat area foe Grossmont High 77-48.
Patrick Henry (1-0) will open its home slate of games this Friday night versus Mt. Carmel. The Patriots fell to Mt. Carmel 35-7 a season ago.
For Grossmont (0-1), the Foothillers look to get in the win column this Friday night when they visit Olympian High. Grossmont won last season’s matchup by a 44-22 score.
