Noah Krasner had an amazing experience with the All-Southern CA Honor Band this past month. He was first chair bass clarinet for the second year in a row. Krasner was one of 270 music students chosen out of 845 that auditioned from all over Southern California.
Students arrived in Anaheim on Thursday and they rehearsed eight hours a day for two days, plus a dress rehearsal on Sunday afternoon. Once selected, the students were sent their music to learn in advance. The concert was held on Jan. 28, 2018, a Sunday evening, at the Musco Center for the Arts Concert Hall at Chapman University.

Krasner was in the Honor Wind Ensemble conducted by Dr. Eric Hammer, the director of bands at the University of the Pacific Conservatory of Music in Stockton, California. His group played five pieces.
