The College Area Community Council (CACC) is co-hosting a Christmahannukwanzamas Bash with the College Area Business District (CABD) and Rolando Community Council (RCC) on Tuesday, Dec. 19.

The 6:30 p.m. event will be held at the United Domestic Workers Union Hall, 4855 Seminole Drive, San Diego.

The event is free to attend (children are invited, no pets). Stop by to meet up with your new and familiar College Area/Rolando neighbors and local businesses to celebrate the holiday season together.

Those hosting the event are in need of some volunteers to help decorate and pick up some of the food from the local businesses. Those willing to assist can email Jim Schneider at: [email protected]. Those reaching out should note what they want to assist with.

Some of the event activities include: Drawing for prizes; photo booth; crafting tables; food, drinks and desserts from local businesses; pot luck dish opportunity (for the cooks); photo opportunity with Santa; children’s creative area; hot cocoa.
