When it comes to taking care of ourselves or a loved one, it’s not always easy finding the resources that might be needed to stay healthy or the services available to help make life a bit easier.
That’s why residents of Covenant Living at Mount Miguel are hosting a Health and Wellness Fair that is open to the public.
The event will be held from 10:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 6 in the Bailey Center at the senior living community located at 325 Kempton Street in Spring Valley.
More than 40 vendors will be on hand to provide everything from flu shots, blood pressure checks, chair massages, fitness options, balance assessments, low vision resources, food delivery services, financial solutions and more.
The Health and Wellness Fair wraps up Active Aging Week andHealth and Wellness at Mount Miguel which has had numerous events for the residents under the theme of “Educational, Entertaining and Empowering.”
