The start of the New Year means a change in venue for the El Cerrito Community Council monthly meeting.
The meeting will take place Thursday, Jan. 18, 7 – 8:30 p.m. at the College Rolando Library (6600 Montezuma Road).
To kick off the new meeting venue, ECCC will have a presentation and Q&A about the PATH Villas El Cerrito project on El Cajon Boulevard.
The presentation will be heaeed up by Megan Colvard of PATH on the Family Health Center – PATH Villas El Cerrito project on El Cajon Boulevard at Dayton Street. Colvard will answer any and all questions community residents have about the project’s progress and upcoming leasing. She will also discuss the creation of a Neighborhood Advisory Committee which El Cerrito residents may join. This committee will meet with PATH regularly and will discuss any ongoing or new community issues concerning PATH Villas El Cerrito.
Attendees to the Jan. 18 meeting will meet in the Library’s Community Room. Guests are to use the side entrance directly to the Community room which they can access using the walkway that fronts the library on the parking lot side.
Those attending the meeting can also get updates from elected representatives, SDPD community relations officer, planning groups, and the city’s Parks & Recreation Board.
Meetings are hybrid in-person and via Zoom.
