Miss B’s Coconut Club, at 3704 Mission Blvd., has just revamped its menu with an array of new dishes. After undergoing an interior and exterior renovation introducing a new twist to the beloved eatery after its eighth anniversary in April, these new menu options are now available beachside with a drink in hand.
- Veggie breakfast sandwich: Roselli bun, scrambled eggs topped with gruyere, vegan sausage patty, with aioli and chimichurri rojo. Served with a side of breakfast potatoes.
- Easy B’s breakfast: Toast, bacon, breakfast potatoes, eggs your way.
- Cheese pizza: Flatbread, San Marzano marinara, mozzarella.
- Short rib pizza: Flatbread San Marzano marinara, mozzarella, sauteed pepper/onions, short rib.
- Coconut curry cheese ravioli: Cheese ravioli topped with sauteed peppers/onions and coconut curry sauce.
- Spicy chicken sandwich: Roselli bun, fried breaded scotch bonnet chicken breast, lettuce, pickles, sauced with buffalo aioli.
- Chips, guac, and salsa: Corn tortilla chips, guacamole cream puree, house hot salsa.
- Nachos: Corn tortilla chips, seasoned beans, beer cheese, pepperjack, green onions, bell pepper, sour cream, guac puree, chimichurri rojo. Choice of jerk chicken, lechon asado, carne asada, jack fruit short rib, Impossible meat.
- Ahi poke: Wild caught yellowfin tuna, house poke sauce, pineapple mango salsa, side of wontons.
- Denver cut steak: 10-ounce Denver cut steak marinated in chipotle honey-balsamic, drizzled with chimichurri, served with buttered mashed yuca and sauteed veggies.
- Summer salad: Romaine, grilled jerk seasoned pineapples, chilled black beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper, tossed with agave lime vinaigrette.
- Lava cake: With vanilla ice cream, topped with berries, icing, and chocolate sauce.
- Mango pie empanada: Topped with rum icing, powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream, and berries.
- Kids pancakes: Two buttermilk pancakes, two chocolate chip pancakes, or two super cereal pancakes topped with your favorite cereal and icing.
These new menu items will add to the array of flavors at Miss B’s Coconut Club, good to pair with any of the bar’s cocktails – like the Welcome to the Caribe with white rum, Coco Lopez, coconut water, cordial, and lime served in a coconut.
