Let’s muster up lots of votes for Kamala Harris for president of the USA. She’s got the smarts, the looks, and the shades of diversity that would provide the underpinning for the job. In short, she has got all the right stuff

And, of course, we must thank Joseph Biden for making a choice that was no doubt a bitter pill for him to take. No politician wants to go down a quitter… Biden comes from that little state that started a nation, thanks to a Delawarean of historic stature named Caesar Rodney, who rode from Dover to Philadelphia, through a violent storm, to break a tie vote on the Declaration of Independence.

Delaware has other attributes: Dupont headquarters, great farming, Dover Air Force, with giant planes coming and going at all hours, and awesome, beaches on the Atlantic like Rehoboth, often referred to as the nation’s summer capital.

Look for Joe and Jill at Grotto Pizza as soon as they return to the shore.
