Everyone who has been personally affected by bike thefts in the community, or concerned about this issue, should plan to attend a press conference with Councilmember Lorie Zapf and the San Diego Police 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, June 29 in front of Crystal Pier, at 4500 Ocean Blvd.
