Recently, the Enhance Del Cerro Committee met with an enthusiastic group of Del Cerro volunteers who are currently securing signatures from Del Cerro property owners on a petition requiring the city to send a ballot to all Del Cerro property owners with the opportunity to vote YES or NO on forming the Enhance Del Cerro Maintenance Assessment District.

One result of the recent survey sent to all Del Cerro property owners at the end of April, is the primary concern of city-related issues for Del Cerro continues to be the College Avenue Entrance to Del Cerro from I-8.
The latest update on the All Peoples Church is the church has closed escrow on a church in La Mesa and will not be pursuing construction of their proposed church on the east side of College Avenue between I-8 and Del Cerro Boulevard. As of the time this article was submitted to the Mission Times Courier, there is no information on what their plans are for their Del Cerro property.
