Jamul Casino has unveiled the property’s newly revamped signature restaurant Emerald Chinese Cuisine, a reimagined dining destination that blends modern design with the rich heritage of Chinese culture.
The transformed space couples an incomparable dining experience with immaculate details, from sleek lines and traditional pops of color to authentic motif. The elevated menu also features a new selection of classic dishes with modern flare, including items such as Crispy Pig Feast, Whole Steamed Fish with Fried Rice, Peking Duck Feast along with a variety of options from both land and sea.
The redesign of Emerald not only leads the casino’s anticipated expansion with the opening of the brand-new hotel tower in 2025, but also increases guests’ options with versatile spaces for every occasion.
Guests can enjoy hand-crafted cocktails, such as the Shanghai Mule, at the kitchen bar, dine in the intimate VIP booth surrounded by original murals or reserve the semi-private dining space under a golden umbrella.
Art and culture play a central role in the new design with features such as the Dragon Scale Wall and the centerpiece chandelier that symbolizes the legendary transformation of a koi fish into a dragon. The flooring and custom finishes reportedly further position Emerald Chinese Cuisine as one of the most authentic dining destinations in the area.
Emerald Chinese Cuisine invites guests to explore its new atmosphere, where tradition meets innovation in every detail.
