Four members of the local harmony chorus, California Note Catchers, will be
going to Harmony University being held at the University of Denver the end of
July.
Kayla Rodgers – director (Spring Valley), Annie Colt – assistant director
(San Diego), Karen Hasman (La Mesa), and Anne Ash (Santee) will be

attending the weeklong event.
Harmony University will be holding classes for singers during the week. Classes include: Sight Singing, Performing Style, Tag writing, Conducting, Ear training, coaching sessions, plus many more.
“Singing has so many benefits. It improves our health and well-being,” Hasman remarked. “Singing for a week will be a great investment for those attending and myself as well. Harmony University is for both men and women from not only the U.S. but they come from all over the world.”
