A free seminar on estate planning is slated for Sunday, Feb. 2, 3 p.m. at Surfrider Pizza Co. in La Mesa.
There will be experts in their respective fields presenting all you need to know regarding estate planning and more.
Speakers are local real estate broker Jeff Rosa and estate planning/probate attorney Mark Ignacio.
It is important for residents not to risk:
* Leaving their family in disarray;
* Having their loved ones falling into probate chaos;
* An uncertain future for their family.
Owning real estate means you need a trust. Having a will without a trust leaves you vulnerable. A trust will save you thousands of dollars and needs to be updated over time.
Those hosting the seminar will be offering free pizza and drinks to all attendees. Those attending can invite a friend, parent, loved one etc.
