Spill the Beans Coffee + Bagel
On Thursday, Feb. 13, and Friday, Feb. 14, Spill the Beans is reintroducing their beloved Valentine’s classic: heart-shaped everything-flavor bagels, giving San Diegans an affordable, creative way to kick off the love-filled holiday with a yummy twist. Ocean Beach: 3rd Corner Wine Shop and Bistro
This sophisticated neighborhood restaurant is unique and affordable; within the restaurant lies a retail wine shop with a selection of 1,000 bottles of wine that the guest can choose from and enjoy with their meal. Choose from wines you are familiar with or wines that are new to you.
Enjoy a three-course Prix fixe dinner for $89.95 per person. You have a choice of starters, either Beef Carpaccio, Shrimp Bisque, or two different salads. For your entree, choose from either a Rack of Lamb, Crab Stuffed Halibut, or Pasta Primavera. Aromi Italian Restaurant

Terra Catering & Events (Formerly Terra Restaurant)
If you would like to have a romantic dinner at home, but do not wish to cook, Terra Restaurant has transitioned to a catering company with a pre-made meal pick-up format. Everything is pre-cooked; you just need to reheat it when you get home. For $70 per couple, you have your choice of Lemon Ricotta Ravioli with chardonnay cream sauce or “Panzanella” Salad garlic-herb crouton, mandarin oranges, arugula, baby kale, gorgonzola, pomegranate vinaigrette. For the main course, choose from either NY Strip Steak inmushroom bourbon sauce, mashed potatoes, broccoli (gluten-free) or Bruschetta Chicken Breast with garlic mash and asparagus (gluten-free). Tour de Tapas
The new Downtown La Mesa restaurant is offering “Euro Small Plates & Sips” with Spanish, French, and Italian influence. They are offering a four-course prix fixe Valentine’s Day Dinner for three nights from Friday, Feb. 14 – Sunday, Feb. 16. Enjoy four dishes and two glasses of wine per couple for $99. Your choices for the first course are Ratatouille and Pomodoro. Your second course choices are: Fraise Salad or Lobster Bisque. The third course consists of either Magret de Canard (over-baked duck breast) or Mahi Mahi Veronike. Save room for dessert because there are two great choices. Poire (traditional poached pear in Phyllo dough topped with chocolate fondue) or Crema Catalana (Spanish custard with lemon zest & torched brown sugar). Wine and beer are separate.
