One major objective of Victor Melendez, the Director of Coaching, is to implement stronger support for the Crusaders Recreational program.
Victor has hired Modesto Guariniello as the Director of the Crusaders Recreational Program. Guariniello comes with exceptional, and extensive credentials for coaching soccer players at all levels of play throughout the past 30 years in Europe and the United States.
Guariniello stated “In the past five weeks, in making my rounds to all the fields with recreational games, I had the pleasure of meeting many recreational coaches, players and their families.
Every recreational coach is a valuable volunteer for the success of our recreational program. One of my objectives is to work directly with the coaches throughout the season, to provide helpful information to assist the coaches to improve the soccer skills of their players. I will be holding monthly sessions with the recreational coaches to provide key training skills to enhance the training of all the players on their team. I am excited for the opportunity of working with our recreational coaches who volunteer their time to coach and positively develop a soccer team season after season.”
