The Navajo Canyon Club of the Republican Women of California will hold its next meeting on Tuesday, March 11, at The Legacy Hotel, located at 875 Hotel Circle South, San Diego. The meeting is scheduled from 10:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and includes free parking.
The club is excited to announce its morning speaker: Bill Wells, who has served as the Mayor of El Cajon since 2013.
During his tenure, the city’s budget is balanced, with $40 million in reserves. He has successfully reduced homelessness by providing housing solutions, attracted new businesses, and contributed to a decrease in crime. Wells will share insights from recent City Council meetings and discuss a newly passed resolution.
In the afternoon, the club will host Mark Larson, a radio personality on 600 AM and a guest on KUSI News, Channel 9 TV. He will provide an analysis of the current political landscape.
