Soi 30th Thai dishes such as kang massaman curry, larb-moo kob, and spicy noodles will sizzle their way into the heart of Ocean Beach when North Park-based Soi 30th opens a second location in a former Subway shop. Owner Khwanta Osanai is still working out the design details, saying she might adhere to an industrial motif like that in North Park, or maybe instead choose a design that reflects the beach environment. Either way, the eatery is expected to open in February. 1916 Cable St. soi30th.com. Cesarina
