Fern Street Circus kicks off its 2024 tour on Saturday, April 6 at 2 p.m. at Teralta Park. The circus will also be in Golden Hill, North Park and more for its 10 free public performances.
Padres Pedal the Cause

Solar Eclipse Viewing Party
The Fleet Science Center will host a free viewing party for the partial solar eclipse on Monday, April 8. It will be held outside the Fleet in front of the Bea Evenson Fountain, beginning at 9 a.m. The partial solar eclipse will begin at 10:03 a.m. when the moon appears to touch the sun’s edge. The climax, when the Moon is closest to the center of the Sun, will be visible from San Diego at 11:11 a.m.

Super Adoption Event
Vegan Food Popup is partnering with ten San Diego-based rescues and shelters to find new homes for dozens of local dogs and cats. The first San Diego Super Adoption will be held on Saturday, April 13th from 12 to 4 p.m. at the North Park Mini Park.

Over 20 Lamborghinis, or “Italian bulls,” will fill the streets of Little Italy amid a musical celebration on Sunday, April 14 from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. on India Street between W. Fir and W. Grape streets.
Pickleball Tournament
St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center (SMSC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, will host a Pickleball Tournament on Friday, April 19th, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at San Diego Mission Bay Resort. NEA Big Read
Participate in the many free events Write Out Loud presents this month for the NEA Big Read, including the Read! Imagine! Create! Paseo artístico de Mission Fed
