A quintet of Point Loma High athletes recently signed binding National Collegiate Athletic Association National Letters of Intent to various universities as they continue their sports careers.
The signings were officially made at Snapdragon Stadium in Mission Valley early in the morning and repeated later in the school’s Media Center in front of classmates and parents. Each athlete introduced themselves and shared what attracted them to the university and their favorite sports memory during their PLHS career.
Girls softball is sending two players to the next level. Annika Issacson will take the field at Chico State University while teammate Nanako Schroth will play for the University of Chicago.
