On Nov. 22, Francis Parker School Junior and La Jolla resident, Liam Fay, scored a perfect score of 36 on his ACT. In a recent letter to Fay, the ACT Board praised his score, stating that: “On average, less than 1 percent of all test takers earn a top score. Among U.S. high school graduates in the class of 2016, only 2,235 out of nearly 2.1 million students who take the test earn a composite score of 36.” “Your exceptional scores will provide any college or university ample evidence of your readiness for the academic rigors that lie ahead,” the letter continued. Congratulations to Liam Fay for such a tremendous accomplishment!
