On Saturday, Dec. 14 from 2 – 4:30 p.m at College Rolando Library (6600 Montezuma Road), the All Girls Stem Society will be hosting the 2024 Holiday STEM Party for girls in grades 3-8.
At the event, participants will learn holiday-themed science and engineering through hands-on activities, from using chemistry to create “snow” to exploring aerodynamics and geometry with snowflake designs. Kick off the holiday season with an afternoon full of festive science and solving holiday-themed puzzles. As always, there will be cookies, prizes, holiday music, and the most fabulous ugly sweaters.
