With the school year coming to a close, one annual tradition took place recently as Helix Charter High held its prom. 
The event brought countless students out for a fun evening of food, music, dancing, mingling and more.
Helix held its prom at Venue 808 in Downtown San Diego. More than 600 students and guests were in attendance for the big event.
