Description:Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance is a 10-step form that does not require memorization and can be performed seated. This class emphasizes improving breath, mind, and body co-ordination/function to prevent falls while increasing safety in activities of daily living. Wear flat supportive shoes and loose comfortable clothing.

Title: Body Dynamics, by San Diego Continuing Education
Description: This class provides students with an understanding of the Breath-Mind-Body dynamic and its relationship to health and wellness during the aging process. Title: Launchpad: Entrepreneurship Boot Camp
Location: Homeschool Resource Center
Description: Curious about entrepreneurship but not sure where to start? This 5-day course is designed for teens excited to learn about starting their own businesses. Through lectures from UC San Diego faculty, teamwork, exercises, and discussions with founders of startups, you’ll learn how to come up with viable business ideas; understand the marketing mix and choose your target customer; and develop your positioning and entrepreneurial strategy. The program culminates with a team pitch to expert judges from our startup community!

Learn to create these stunning pieces of art that intertwine Japanese culture and the changing of the seasons.
