The Navajo Canyon Club of the Republican Women of California will next meet on Tuesday, May 13, at The Legacy Hotel, located at 875 Hotel Circle South, San Diego. The meeting will run from 10:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and complimentary parking will be available. 

The club is excited to welcome morning speaker, Mariko Renee Nakawatase, the president & chairwoman of the Diego Young Republicans. Nakawatase is dedicated to fostering leadership development, community outreach, and strategic organizational management.

In the afternoon, the club will feature Summer Stephan, who has served as District Attorney since her election in 2018, and again in 2022. She is also the chair of the County of San Diego Human Trafficking and Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children Advisory Council. She was recognized as the 2017 Southern California District Attorney of the Year by Crime Victims United.
