Let’s take a look at some of the most highly anticipated books hitting the shelves in January!
You may have heard about the upcoming spy action-comedy movie Argylle starring big names like Dua Lipa, Bryce Dallas Howard, Henry Cavill and Sam Rockwell, but you may not have heard that this movie is based on the yet-to-be released debut novel of the same name by author Elly Conway.
The novel follows CIA spymaster, Frances Coffey, as she attempts to save the day, but she can’t succeed without the help of Argylle – a troubled man with a very specific set of skills. Argylle the novel hits shelves on Jan. 9, 2024, so you can read it before the movie comes to screens on Feb. 2, 2024.
Sarah J. Maas, who brought us the highly popular Throne of Glass and Court of Thorns and Roses series, is back with the third book in her latest series, Crescent City.
The series began in 2020 with House of Earth and Blood, a gripping urban fantasy novel that follows half-fae Bryce Quinlan as she navigates a world filled with political intrigue, dark secrets, and a quest for vengeance after a tragic event disrupts her life in the city of Crescent City. The series features elements of science fiction and fantasy and is known for its captivating combinations of steamy paranormal romance, action and adventure. The third book, House of Flame and Shadow, continues the journeys of Bryce Quinlan when it is released on Jan. 30, 2024.
