Newest Lantern Crest Senior Living addition opening and next phase breaking ground

Lantern Crest Senior Living in Santee recently announced that they are mere weeks away from the opening of their latest addition to the 40-acre senior living resort community, with plans to then break ground on their next phase: luxury condominiums.

With current offerings of Independent Living, Villa Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods, Lantern Crest is presently home to just under 400 residents and offers a wide range of options and amenities for older adults.

With the addition and upcoming opening of another 64 extra-large, one-bedroom apartments in the Assisted Living building; The Ridge at Lantern Crest, the specialized and professional team members look forward to welcoming home several new residents very soon. This addition is more than 40% pre-leased and expected to fill quickly.
