Proper Media, LLC signed a two-year lease for a 4,050-square-foot space at 4150 Mission Blvd. in Pacific Beach. 
Kyle Clark, senior director at The Heritage Group, represented the lessee and the property owner, Promenade Mall Development Corp., in securing the lease.
“Proper Media, a digital media company, was looking for more space to accommodate their growing organization. They will be moving their headquarters to occupy a second story space above The Truckstop,” Clark said. 
The property is part of a 77,375-square-foot retail center with other tenants, such as Tony Roma’s, Amplified Ale Works, Beachworks Surf Shop and The Wood.
