Groundbreaking for the Port of San Diego’s North Harbor Drive Realignment Project, designed to beautify a section of North Harbor Drive near Scott Street, is scheduled for 12 noon on Wednesday, Dec. 3. The project will add about 130 public parking spaces, new median and landscape improvements, an improved bike lane and a mid-block signalized pedestrian traffic crossing. The project is anticipated to cost $3.9 million, with completion set for October of 2015.
