Title:   Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance
Description:  Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance is a 10-step form that does not require memorization and can be performed seated. This class emphasizes improving breath, mind, and body co-ordination/function to prevent falls while increasing safety in activities of daily living. Wear flat supportive shoes and loose comfortable clothing.

Title:  Art Smarts!  An Art Class for Homeschoolers
Location: Homeschool Resource Center
Description:  Join us for a monthly art class for homeschoolers ages 6 and up. We’ll engage in various artforms including drawing and painting. Title:  Summer Celebration with Pony Rides and Petting Zoo
Location: Community Room
Description:  Celebrate the last month of summer before school begins with free pony rides and a petting zoo! We’ll have kids crafts too! Bring your sunscreen, hats, and water, as this event will be hosted outside.  This event is one of several offered as part of Mission Valley Library’s summer reading program. What is the summer reading program? It’s a chance for everyone–babies through adults–to come to the library for fun programs, great reads (plus movies and music), and the chance to win books and other prizes!
