Point Loma freshman golfer Haley Fuller added another honor to her list of accolades as she was named a Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar for the 2015 season. The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 and starting in half the tournaments. Fuller sported a 3.76 GPA as a Mathematics major and started in nine of the 10 tournaments for the Sea Lions. Along with winning the individual title in the PLNU Fall Preview at Torrey Pines, Fuller averaged 77.48 strokes per round and posted six top 10 finishes. Nakamura named head women’s coach at Biola Longtime Point Loma assistant women’s basketball coach Alan Nakamura has been named the women’s basketball head coach at Biola University.
